Road test and verify engine performance, transmission operation, and shift patterns. Drain transmission fluid. Refill transmission fluid. Recheck fluid level. Road test vehicle and reinspect.

Tested Cooling system pressure at 1.1 Kpa, no external fluid leaks detected, Engine tail pipe a bit of steam when upon start. Recommend to perform a leak down test, to review engine mechanical integrity.
Removed spark plugs, applied pressure to cylinder #2, water erupted from radiator as pressure applied. Recommend engine tear down to review mechanical damage.

Tested PCM for possible problems, NO codes found, tested catalytic converter back pressure. Catalytic converter on center pipe plugged up. Recommend to replace catalytic converter.
Remove catalytic converter unit repaired broken bolts, due to oxidation, replace center pipe gaskets, clean corrosion build up. RETEST. Successfully drove vehicle on the highway at 65 Mph Now system works as intended.
